The Coconut Lagoon Resort offers three types of accommodation :

Heritage Bungalows - independent villas.
Heritage Mansions - duplex rooms with the living downstairs and bed on the 1st floor
The Private Pool Villa - with a separate sitting area and a private swimming pool. All rooms are air-conditioned. One distinct feature of the Kerala houses is the bathrooms, which besides having all the "mod cons" have an open courtyard, implanted with quite high banana trees.

Besides a buffet restaurant, the bar serves assortment of drinks all day and a Fish Restaurant opens every evening serving only the fresh catch of the day. Coconut Lagoon Resort is renowned as much for its superb Keralan cuisine (Vegetarian and non-vegetarian alike) as for its genuine set up, and is housed in one of the resort's most impressive tharawads. Known as an ettukettu, the building houses two atrium-like courtyards under an expansive tile roof erected by dozens of slim columns, a design that enables the space within to benefit from the slightest breeze.
